January 31, 2018 Mnt Goat News Brief

Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

Here we are at the end of January 2018 and still no RV, at least the part where we can go to the banks.

I promised everyone I would continue to research this RV process when and if we reached the end of the month and there is still no RV. This is what I will do. Remember I also said to be patient as we may have to wait another week or so into February. Iraq is always very slow in everything they do.

So what is out latest news since Monday?

I am still being told we will see the RV maybe sometime today as the day is not yet over. Personally I don’t see how this may be possible since the CBI just told us the Rafidian bank has a target not even to begin to pay the January pensions and retirements until Feb 1st. So if I were you I would not expect it anything until at least next week. We know these debts must be all caught before the RV can be moved to the next level.

More news….

The Central Bank of Iraq announces a public auction for the sale of ((counting machines and sorting and currency packs)) under the Law of Sale and Rent No. (21) for the year 2013. Invites those wishing to participate in public bidding to attend the building of the Central Bank of Iraq / Rashid Street on Sunday, 2018 / 2/18 at 10 am. Why are they doing this?

They decided to sell off these machines and replace them since they were old, worn out and were programmed with outdated software for the new dinar categories on polymer. These older machines do not handle this new polymer currency. They need the capability to count and sort the newer category notes that have arrived at the banks and are ready to be launched soon. This is in preparation of this event. So are these new machines already installed and working? Do they have to wait for them to arrive? I can imagine they are already in place and ready for operation or they would not be disconnecting the old equipment already.

Becky McGee intel call a scam joins the Ding-A-Ling Club

A person that goes by the name of Becky Mcgee is using the dinar RV intel as a scam to get personal money under false pretense. She claims to have a husband who is working for the IRS. He gets laid off then she stops her calls. They she picks them back up due to him being rehired again. Right! Want to know the truth?

In reality she is scamming everyone. When people stop donating she stops her calls. She only uses excuses, like her husband being laid off or rehired to start them again. What really happens is people begin to donate once again, so she starts her calls again.Does she really even have a husband? All indications tell us she doesn’t.

When most people need money, they either get another job, work harder or sell something. But not Dinar Guru Becky Mcgee. She brings it to a new level. She thinks she is above all that. She dreamed up a yet more creative dinar scam, as if we don’t have enough already…lol…lol..

Instead she just fleeces her followers, like peddling their MLM scams, others charge subscriptions for their websites or sell products that you are forced to listen to a lengthy sales pitch before "intel" starts (Bruce on the Big [Stupid] Call and Frank26 (Keep the FAKE Intel Alive) who uses faith to draw people into his scam. Others just beg for donations (TNT Rayren).

Becky McGee has chosen the begging donation route, but takes it a step further. I don't know if she's too stupid or just plain lazy. She threatens to stop her calls if her listeners don't donate or ante up. Apparently, she is moving and feels that others should pay for it?

I've listened to her calls and the listeners seems to be made up of elderly folks who are barely getting by while waiting for the RV. Preying on the elderly is about as low as you can go. I’ve attached a picture of Becky today in the newsletter post. Does this look like a poor, starving person, needing charity?

She has some wako guy come on with intel. All this garbage intel is a summary of all the crap out there, mostly from TNT and Tank. It all makes absolutely no sense and there is no REAL information passed out. It is all FAKE news and a pretense.

Here is the call number, try to get on the call. Either the passcode gets shut off or she deletes the call so you can’t play it back on replay. She knows all the tricks. On the last call she just begged for donations and does not want to leave the replay around as evidence.

Oh – but she claims she will be around no matter to help everyone thru this RV, but then cancels her calls. Oh – but then she started them again when the money is rolling in again…Oh – but she sounds so convincing and legitimate. I got to admit she does have a commanding voice but this is the only legit thing about her. What about the time she told her listeners that – and I quote “the military planes are flying over all 50 states for security for the RV”. Her words not mine.

Just keep the donations rolling in and she will be around. Don’t worry Becky I have your number…lol…lol….

You just joined the intel Ding-A-Ling Club 1 641-715-3579 P=180023

This idiot BigCall Bruce actually said on his call last night that the hours of silence planned for today in Iraq is to allow the CBI to trigger the RV. Really? Is he really that stupid Bruce. I could not believe what I was hearing. Do you really want us to believe this crap? This is your intel? Actually the time for silence is for the “victims of Iraqi terrorism” so go figure.

PS – I got the idea of starting our own Ding-A-ling club from when I visited some tourist friends in Wisconsin USA. They took me out to the Dina-A-Ling supper club. Yes, you heard it right. This is the name of the restaurant. I am not making this stuff up. Give it a try if you are in the area. The food is fantastic. But please don’t join the club….lol…lol… There are already enough members….loo…lol…

Tweet Abadi:

Corruption in Iraq cannot be eliminated within few days

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al Abadi said on Tuesday that corruption in the country cannot be eliminated within a few days.

This is explained in much more detail in today’s newsletter.

More news….

Most of Shias in Iraq are blaming Sistani for issuing fatwa of jihad against isis, which led to the formation of the Iranian militias in Iraq and Syria (IMIS), the militias that have committed heinous and sectarian crimes against sunnis and kurds, analysts said.

The USA wants the militias out of Iraq. The GOI itself has repeatedly said these militias must be handled appropriately in order to have a secured peace with in Iraq.

Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi held a meeting with the ambassadors of the G7, the EU ambassador, the World Bank representative and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) representative at the meeting. The meeting discussed boosting relations with the major industrial countries and supporting Iraq in all fields. Correct in the field of reform and development of its capabilities. Abadi stressed the seriousness of the government and its ongoing work in the economic reform of the country, pointing out that Iraq is currently working with the World Economic Forum to coordinate the mini-Davos conference in Iraq. He stressed the importance of accelerating the steps that stimulate the economy and create jobs and raise all obstacles to investment after the victory and the need to pay attention to meet the needs of all areas of Iraq. The ambassadors of the major industrialized countries, the European Union and the World Bank representative expressed their great support for the economic reform in Iraq and their serious participation in the Kuwait conference. They reiterated their continued support for the economic reform program and their strong stand with Iraq as they fight the construction and reconstruction battle and welcome the steps being taken by the Iraqi government to attract international expertise and companies. The representative of the World Bank confirmed the bank's completion of the special report in the needs analysis for reconstruction to be launched at the Kuwait Conference. While the representative of the United Nations Development Program to extend its work in the restoration of stability to 2018 and he will launch the fast track system for reconstruction projects at the Kuwait Conference

Special Mawazine News – Parliamentarian Mithal al-Alusi said on Tuesday that donor countries would not pay one dirham to a government accused of corruption.

“The donor countries can not be assured of their support at the donor conference to be held in Kuwait next month,” Alusi told Mawazine News.

“Those countries will not give Iraq a single dirham, because the government and the conservatives are accused of corruption,” he said.

“The states have informed the Iraqi government and politicians (we will not give you money because you are not trustworthy),” Alusi said.

The government has earlier announced efforts to coordinate with the Kuwaiti government to invite more than 70 countries to the donors conference scheduled to be held in Kuwait in February.

(Mnt Goat – can you see now how this corruption must get cleaned up if Iraq is to move forward. It is not something that is nice to have but a necessity and this article is proving this to us. Al-Abadi must make this war on corruption a sincere priority and not just lip service. Can he? Is he strong enough and committed enough to do it?)

(Mnt Goat – so here it is again. Investors don’t want to lose their invest in Iraq by corruption. Maybe they need to move to the currency reform as this too might show sincerity in making progress in the reform direction? It is time to trigger this effort. What is the delay??????)

LONDON (Reuters) – Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has returned disappointed after hearing harsh words from donors and presumed investors when he offered to help Iraq, the London-based Arabic newspaper Al-Arab reported on Monday.

Abadi seeks to provide international funding in two directions, the first in the form of grants and international grants, and is directed towards the reconstruction of basic infrastructure in the liberated areas, and the second in the form of investment opportunities, to establish residential, commercial and recreational projects.

The newspaper said that ‘leaks from the hall of the Davos conference, held in Switzerland recently, indicated that Abadi’ heard harsh words, from donors and investors presumed, when he offered them assistance to Iraq ‘.

She added that donors are afraid to waste their money in the reconstruction and investment assumed, in a country competing at the top of the list of failed states, because of the spread of corruption.

State institutions suffer from a severe bureaucracy, and administrative transactions can only be accomplished by paying bribes to corrupt officials who control the decision.

Many of the special grade employees in the Iraqi government belong to political parties, with whom they share the commissions they provide.

Despite many legislative reforms introduced by Iraq on investment laws, the legal environment appears hostile to foreign investment, observers say.

They say that many legal contracts are still being put in the way of foreign investors contemplating coming to Iraq, with the aim of forcing them to pay commissions to facilitate their contracts. Sometimes commissions are about half of the expected profits. According to the newspaper.

“It has become widely known that Baghdad’s reputation does not encourage investors to venture with their money in a country that is still classified as the most dangerous country in the world. And there are those who firmly believe that the donations will not go for the reconstruction of cities destroyed by the war on the Dahesh, in light of the dominance of armed parties and organizations on the street and a large part of the joints of the state.

She explained that in the absence of confidence in the Iraqi government, the figures put forward by that government seems a kind of imagination that will not strengthen the global investment market to turn it into reality. The convening of the donor conference in Kuwait may seem a bad message to some Kuwaitis who still insist on not canceling the remaining compensation. Which will be an additional obstacle to dealing with investors and donors with Iraqi demands.

Economic and financial experts do not expect the conference to produce miraculous results and miracles in light of the inability of the Iraqi government to provide realistic guarantees to those seeking to help Iraq, making hopes on the conference closer to dreams.

Abadi is betting on persuading the international community to provide a fair portion of the funds Iraq needs. But first he needs to gain his trust. International donors are expected to meet on February 12-14 in Kuwait to discuss opportunities to help Iraq.

Baghdad is counting on this conference to launch a massive reconstruction campaign in the country, drawing on a series of pledges and actions it will take to convince donors to provide their money.

Ebadi’s Baghdad office seems confident of its ability to convince donors at the Kuwait conference, but diplomatic sources say the Iraqi government does not have enough arguments to gain the confidence of foreign capitalists. In devastated provinces such as Nineveh and Anbar, the work of foreign companies appears to be a source of political competition amid the chaos that prevailed there after the liberation. The newspaper reported.

Mosul, Nineveh, and Ramadi, the center of Anbar, have suffered extensive damage to the infrastructure and homes of residents, turning into two large fronts during the war against an oppressive organization. Political unrest prevails, and their administration is competing for power, most of whom are accused of corruption.

Diplomats say donors and investors may choose to channel limited funding to specific projects in Iraq to test the possibility of success. Anbar province appears to be a candidate for this experiment.

Anbar is bordered by three countries – Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia – which makes it easy for companies to access.

The Iraqi government believes that the international community will help it provide a normal living environment, prevent the emergence of violent extremism linked to authoritarian policies involving previous governments and characterized by poor distribution of wealth.

Iraq has suffered a large deficit in its financial budget, forcing the country to undergo austerity measures during the past three years, which also witnessed the control of an organization on a large part of its territory. Iraq was unable to recover its territory, except by spending billions of dollars on military operations, which subsequently destroyed entire cities.

Iraq was forced to seek international loans, constrained government spending on difficult terms, and raised fuel prices, which the state subsidizes production.

According to Iraqi estimates, the country needs about $ 100 billion to fund large-scale reconstruction, in areas that have been restored from a hasty organization.

In a sign of simmering anger within the Iraqi society and rejection of the Shia marja’iyya’s practices, the official representative of Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani in Iraq, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalai, was assaulted during Friday sermon in Karbala.

According to observers, although Iraqis renounce violence and terrorism, assaulting al-Karbalai bears messages that should not be ignored, the first of which is that Iraqis have had enough of the Shia clerical establishment, which owes allegiance to Iran.

Iraqis, both Shias and Sunnis, are no longer believing in the Shia marja’iyya’s fatwas and policies, they noted.

Iraqis got tired of the marja’iyya’s fatwas, which only serve Shia militias and Iran’s interests not Iraq’s, they further stated.

Assaulting Karbalai is an implicit message sent by Iraqis to Sistani himself to change his loyalty and issue fatwas that serves the interest of Iraqis not Tehran, they added.

Karbalai survived an assassination attempt during Friday sermon in Karbala.

In a video obtained by the Baghdad Post, Karbalai appeared terrified to death after being attacked while addressing the Shia worshipers in Karbala.

According to insiders, the assailant is a Shia Iraqi who opposes the presence of marja’ in Iraq.

Sistani issued fatwa for fighting ISIS in 2014 following the terrorist group’s takeover of large swathes of Iraq. BUT HIS CALL TO ARMS HAS LED TO THE FORMATION OF IMIS. THE SHIA CLERIC’S FATWA HAS BACKFIRED AS IT CAUSED DESTRUCTION AND BLOODSHED AT THE HANDS OF IMIS TERRORISTS.

Commenting on the incident, former prime minister Nouri al-Maliki said that assaulting the representative of Sistani is “unprecedented.”

The incident has revealed a doctrinal deviation supported by suspect parties that recruit ignorant people as tools to achieve their malicious goals, Maliki wrote on Twitter.

Karbala governor Aqeel al-Tarihi denounced the assault on Karbalai, accusing “deviant groups” of attacking the representative of Sistani.

The assault on Sistani’s representative is not a criminal incident masterminded by deviant parties as Maliki claims, analysts told The Baghdad Post.

It is an underlying message sent by Iraqis to the corrupt Shia clerical establishment so THAT IT ALTERS THE SECTARIAN COURSE IT UNDERTAKES, they added.

Baghdad / Shukran al-Fatlawi

(Mnt Goat- I tried to highlight and point out seven (7) main issues that Iraq is having attacking investors. The most prominent to me is that they need more laws and then they need follow up and enforce to ensure the laws are being adhered to.)

Funny how Mnt Goat has evolved over the years. Where are all the nauseating stories of kids and holidays?  Where are the paragraphs that were stolen from travel brochures describing the quaint town? The FAKE Bavarian Bovidae has lost all pretense of being female and Bavarian, proving he lied from the start and yet so many still think he is someone to believe in and follow.  The only truth he ever speaks now is when he  comments on the idiocy of OTHER GURUS.
