The Ministry of Oil announced on Wednesday the total amount of oil exports and revenues achieved for the month of December last 2017, according to statistics issued by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO).

According to a statement issued by the ministry, the volume of exports of crude oil amounted to (109) million and (573) thousand and (817) barrels of revenues amounted to (6) billion and (503) million (692) thousand dollars.

The statement quoted the spokesman of the Ministry of Oil Assem Jihad as saying that the total quantities exported crude oil for the month of December last amounted to more than (109) million and (573) thousand and (817) barrels, with revenues of more than (6) billion And (503) million and (692) thousand dollars (six billion five hundred and three million six hundred and ninety-two thousand dollars). He pointed out that the average price per barrel amounted to (59,354) dollars.

The number of companies contracted by the Iraqi Oil Company "Sumo" (38) companies of different nationalities.
