They have been held off for some reason also? Rothschild

will have to reswipe his card then?

They can't have that in there too long before they get

this thing done. They also have the Iraqi Stock Market

up and running and it can't be going very long with

having money behind it."

I don't know who siad this, but if it's true, I see it as a huge positive note.

If they are haggling between 4.40 and 9.40, it is likely they will meet somewhere in the middle, and that's great for dinarians. Take this as a good thing.....the middle ground would be 6.90. Even if the lower rate of 4.40 came in, they would still be tremendous.

The post also made several good points, that basically, they don't have a lot of time to get this straightened out.....so, another advantage for us....

I imagine there will be much ground gained over this weekend......let's hang in there....
