The Norwegian government announced today the desire of its major companies to participate in the Kuwait International Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq to be held in February.

The government said in a statement that Norway's non-resident ambassador to Baghdad, Touna Elizabeth, had conveyed Norway's desire to participate in the conference while meeting with the Secretary-General of the Iraqi Council of Ministers, head of the preparation team for the conference Mahdi al-Alaq.

The statement conveyed the ambassador's blessing to the Iraqi people by insisting on organizing an affirmative call for continued cooperation and support of her country to Iraq in all fields and its follow-up and interest in the affairs of Iraq, especially the subject of the Iraqi elections. "

For his part, Al-Alak revealed the preparations for holding the Kuwait conference and the main topics that he will address, expressing his happiness for the participation of Norway's major companies.

The Kuwait International Conference on Iraq Reconstruction will be held on February 12 with the participation of countries and international organizations.
