Governor of the Central Bank Walid Abdul Nabi announced on Sunday the intention of the central bank to open a branch in Najaf.

How many central banks have branches in foreign countries?

Exchanges can take place at currency exchanges or the banks that deal with that currency.

Didn't they have a Bank of Iraq, or something similar, in Texas several years back?

I am not sure about an Iraqi Bank, but I do know that the Bush's bank 'The Commerz' bank, is in Houston, Texas- It is owned by the Bush's- I am thinking it may be a German bank branch of sorts-After all, they are of German decent, I believe-The were named 'Bush' when they defected to the U.S.,and their original last name was 'Sherf'-You see, BOTH Bush's were illegally, and unconstitutionally given the presidency, just like 'Obastard' was, and this is another scandal that will make itself known soon-
