Quick question concerning an updated rate. Does Iraq need to wait until the countries that they will basket with are also ready? Or if they will continue to be USD pegged, do they have to wait until the USD publicly transfers to asset backed? Thanks

ta da frank want have we won?we are ready to start a new year and we are in the same as in all the past years with not much hope of change due to the political situation in spite of all the gurus bs. imho I would enjoy the holidays and do what my friend at smith barney would do. earnit the old fashion way work for it instead of dreaming a grand will make you a millionaire because the longer you believe this the poorer you get
