The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Mahdi Al-Alaq, on Wednesday, a meeting of representatives of the public and private sectors to study the draft law on partnership between the two sectors.
A statement issued by the media office for the relations, "Economy News" copy, that "the attendees discussed their knowledge of the experiences of the world and provide the legal department with instructions and guide the draft law for the purpose of study and make observations on it."
He added that "the two proposed to proceed with the procedures of presenting the bill to the House of Representatives after the end of the State Consultative Council of the audit, in return for the issuance of special instructions for partnership between the two sectors by the Council of Ministers, and recommended the need to resolve any paragraphs of the law may contradict the instructions, until the legislation of the House of Representatives project of law".
The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers confirmed in a previous meeting of representatives of the two sectors that the legal department will review in the coming days, before being submitted to the Council of Ministers and referred to the House of Representatives for approval, with the possibility of adopting a system for this purpose taking into consideration the recommendations of the symposium of partnership between the public and private sectors, Optimizing the rehabilitation and establishment of modern and sophisticated Iraqi infrastructure.
