Al-Juburi said each agency Iraq [where] said that "there are no objections to certain paragraphs of this law by Kurdistan forces will therefore some amendments to those paragraphs are not contrary to the Constitution and the satisfaction of the political blocs

If you remember Reuters also published an article about Bear Sterns "STRENGTH" in the banking sector in 2008 RIGHT BEFORE THEY WENT UNDER!!!! These were the same Economist that COMPLETELY MISSED the collapse of the banking sector!!!!!! CREDIT SUISE UPGRADED THEIR OUT-LOOK ON BoA two weeks before the share price PLUMMETED from around $24 a share to about $8 in less than 4DAYS!!!!! TRUST YOUR OWN INFO...DO YOUR OWN HOME WORK!!!!!

Hi, Gman -- I believe the "misinformation" has been an attempt at misleading and misdirecting us; in other words, we must be on the right track!
