Sounds like a TNT Tony type of deal, crooked!  I knew Bill had a thing going and it sounded too goo to be true - it was.  Ah, hey Bill, are you ready, you know like at a prize fight and the announcer says " ARRRRRE you Reaaaaady?" One, two, three .....  investigation, charges, prosecution, verdict, jail.  Ah, you might wanna take along your own soap .  Just a reminder, scams and schemes usually run into problems with the laws and when that happens then the operator goes to jail.  Oh there is Lawrence Welk now, "And a one, and a two and a ...... .
