What Country Has The Largest Oil Reserves?

Do you know what country has the largest oil reserves? If you said Iraq, Saudi Arabia, or even Russia you would be wrong. It's Venezuela. That's right, the Mecca of Latin America, Venezuela. The paradise of the West where everybody is rich and the currency is worth so much more than the lousy US dollar.
Well actually, no. It's not. It's worth about a dime, less than half of what it was 5 years ago. And the people are hungry and rioting. And the country basically sucks right now. Just a reminder that having lots of oil doesn't mean that a country will be rich with its people living in luxury.
