Trump scuppers RV?

Right, just so we're all clear...does Trump's withdrawal from the Paris Agreement mean that he's scuppered the RV?

For any new members - I don't believe in the RV, so it's a rhetorical question; but what are the gurus going to say now about this? Apparently the RV was "hidden" in the PAris Agreement.

Are they going to claim that it makes no difference?

Or are they going to use it as a "reason" for the yet again non-appearance of the RV?

Enquiring minds want to know.

Yup.

The RV was in there.

If you look closely, it was between Trump's addendum for a penis enlargement, and Putin's addendum for breast implants.
