It revealed the parliamentary Finance Committee on Thursday, the withdrawal of the government about $ 48 billion deposited in the Central Bank of Iraq since the 2014 cash reserve, noting that the budget deficit and the decline in world oil prices and the war on terrorism has caused the entire fatigue economy.
