Anbar Council announced, on Thursday, the central government allocated 23 billion dinars to maintain a counterbalance to 2017, indicating that these amounts are not sufficient because of the projects and services destroyer size.

He said the provincial council member Fahad Al-Rashed's (Journal News), "The balance of Anbar, which has been approved by the central government to Anbar province reached 23 billion dinars, and these amounts are not sufficient for the rehabilitation and reconstruction projects and services destroyed in the liberated areas by organizing Daesh terrorist."

He added that "most of the service projects, government buildings, including the judiciary and the courts and government departments, banks, roads, bridges, schools and health centers, most devastating requires considerable financial budget beyond what has been allocated."

Al-Rashed said that "the government of Anbar and in cooperation with the departments and ministries of service work, including existing and potential reality shows the size of the large mass in most of the infrastructure in Anbar" .anthy
