I AM SORT OF BACK ONLINE AND CAN GET SOME BASIC WORK DONE. BUT I HAVE RECEIVED BAD NEWS IN RESPECT OF MY HACKED HARD DRIVE. THE HACKERS DID A FINE JOB, AND I GAVE THE DRIVE TO A DATA RECOVERY PLACE HERE BUT THE RESPONSE WAS UNEXPECTED TODAY:

We are hard at work on your data recovery and have updated the status of WO36249 to declined.

Email sent to the client: At this time, there is some underlying R&D which is being performed for this drive by a data recovery hardware provider located in Russia. iCube has performed a detailed evaluation on your drive and we feel a better recovery result can be obtained until the R&D has been completed on this drive. The model of your hard drive has unique “data recovery blocking” functions which (at this time) prevent other data recovery companies (aside from Seagate themselves) from performing advanced repairs. As much as I would like to proceed w/a recovery immediately, I am benching your case. We’ve determined the above specific to your case by placing a call to our supplier in Russia (yesterday). I would expect R&D to be completed by April. If you wish to visit Seagate’s recovery options, information can be found here: http://www.seagate.com/ca/en/services-software/recover/ They will be more expensive, but if you require the data right away it may be your only option.

I ABSOLUTELY NEED MY DATA TO COMPLETE SOME THINGS, AND THIS WILL COST ME ALMOST $2,000 UP FROM THE QUOTED $900 FROM THE ICUBE PEOPLE. I NEED TO DO THIS OR FACE ISSUES NEXT WEEK IF I DO NOT GET THIS DONE. I NEED MY SYSTEM BACK AND PERFORM THE DOCUMENTS I AM REQUIRED TO DO.

Maybe those that are promising funding to Jerzy should reconsider giving him even a single dollar seeing as he does not even have enough common sense to back up all data on a flash drive or other external devise. Someone who is that lax sure would not be my choice to run quadrillions of dollars and zillions of projects. YIKES! Imagine what a cluster fuck that would be if it was true! LOL

One would think that there would be certain qualifications that these "elders & money men" would be seeking. Such as no history of fraud to include prison time for such. Just saying.

Are we to believe that the most important financial transaction in history was assigned to a homeless, pennyless man to execute from the back seat of his car using a Commodore 64 with the full resources of the "Chinese Elders" backing him, yet unable to scrape up enough resources to allow off site or even external HDD backup of the most important data known to man or alien?? Ok

In other words, this is classic ZAP ! BTW, AFAIK he is not homeless, he does mention paying the rent from time to time.

I do find it curious that none of the other sources of funding he has mentioned through the years has panned out, and there is no other wealthy person in the whole world who will step up to help ZAP/Jerzy/Humanus !

Classic ZAP. Of course if he could keep his sorry ass off the porn sites, kept his AV and anti spyware software up to date, and use something other that password or 1234 on his computer, firewall and e-mail accounts he might not have any problems.
