You know Nash, I just read the court transcript again and I think Karen has a point. Avoiding the dinar scam was a condition of his voluntary surrender, not his release. It might sound like a technicality but this is law we're talking about, and technicalities are often enough.

I agree with Karen's point about the voluntary surrender, but the supervised release conditions is what Tony is still subject to until that has been completed or dismissed.
