I got (the long-Presse) a copy of the federal budget for fiscal year 2017 law, voted by the House of Representatives during its 36th legislative term of the first third legislative year, which was held today.

{{}} Chapter One
Revenues
Article 1
First:
A-estimated the federal budget for the financial year / 2017 of $ {79,011,421,000} revenues thousand dinars {seventy-nine Trliuna and a ten billion, four hundred and twenty-one million ID}, as shown in {Table / a revenue according to setup} attached to this law.
B-calculated realized from the export of crude oil revenues on the basis of the average price of {42} {forty-two dollars} per barrel and the rate of export of {3750000} bpd {three million seven hundred and fifty thousand barrels a day}, including {250000} bpd {two hundred and fifty bpd} product quantities of crude oil in the Kurdistan region and {300000} barrel {three hundred thousand barrels a day} on the quantities of crude oil produced by the province of Kirkuk, on the basis of exchange {1182} dinars per dollar rate and that all revenue actually income once and for calculating the public treasury of the state.
Second:
Ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry and the provinces committed to the enrollment of all cash amounts of the grants that get under the memoranda of understanding with foreign governments or institutions of income once the public treasury of the Federal and the Federal Ministry of Finance re-allocated to the purposes for which it was awarded for her and in coordination with the Ministry of Federal Planning.

General and Final Provisions
Article-3-

Article -6 -

Third:

Fifth:
