as usuall there was no budget vote they claim sunday now but they still cannot agree. it is amazing how they claim they agree until it comes time to vote they all of a sudden they do not. it just goes to show how greedy and stubbon they are. if they had a brain bigger then the camels they ride you would think they would meet finally decide  on a compromise then vote and pass  the budget but this requires a brain. btw mon they are supposed to meet w with the imf for final approval. imho do you really think they deserve the loans? I do not. and as for all the bs from the alledged experts  that it will rv soon will like the arabs soon must be in 2018 or beyond  since they really care about there own pockets instead  of the iraqis
