Well, they WERE exchanging ZIM at the precise moment that previous person walked in, but now they're not.

Just like the rates. At some moments there are fabulous rates "on the screens" and at other moments there aint.

And sometimes the RV is "done" and at other times it isn't.

And sometimes the RV is happening for sure by the end of the weekend. And at other times it isn't.

Don't forget - it's a "flexible situation".

Er...what I mean is SOMETIMES it's a flexible situation, at other times it's all part of a planned process.

You've just got to be aware of which type of moment it is at the moment.
