the purpose you know is yours? Take a deep breath, feel the
immense power of your intention, and do it.

How can you bring your own unique beauty and perspective to
this moment and to the circumstances in which you find
yourself? With a joyous, generous heart, give that beauty
expression in your actions right now.

If you live merely by reaction, you're always playing catch
up, and that's not really living. Choose to live by
intention.

When you have a thought or a feeling or a desire, explore
it, seek to understand it and to follow where it leads. You
can have a positive and meaningful influence on each moment,
so take the opportunity to exercise that influence.

Put the special, one-of-a-kind beauty of who you are into
practice here, now and always. Fill your days with the value
and satisfaction of authentic living.

Live by intention, from the inside out. Do, say and be what
you know is truly you.

When we focus on what we don't want, we give it energy. When we focus on what we do want, we give it energy. However, just ignoring or pretending that something is not a problem is not an answer. We must be informed, then direct our conscious intention towards whst we want to see. Ghandi said, "Be the change you want to see in the world. Mother Theresa knew the importance of waging peace, not war. She would never go to an anti-war rally, however, she would go to pro-peace rallies.
