I used to wonder about these guys, too. Could Breitling be sincere and just confused? Is Randy Koonce just a good ol' boy who don't know any better? Is Okie just a crazy, lonely old man? I have concluded that they're all dirty. If they are deceived they are self-deceived. Dave Schmidt claims to be a very educated guy. Well okay then. If he's educated he should know how to research currency speculation. He's no different from the others. The fact that he's doing these seminars and has a donate button should tell you a lot.

I did find that he was accused of misappropriating campaign funds / Hope Chest. Not proven and only allegations. I need more to convince my friends though.

Not sure he was ever convicted, and if I remember right he either lost the election or resigned before he could be impeached. But it was basically embezzlement, he used campaign funds for personal purposes, including buying a vacation home if memory serves. He used to make a big thing out of being a Senator, neglecting to mention both the fact that he was just a state senator and a disgraced one at that.

I'll see if I can come up with anything more after Saturday night as I am preparing a lesson for Saturday night.
