...in the early parts of this year...sometime around the first quarter...a lot of things were done...in fact the BIS, the WB...they signed off on Iraq...in fact the year before the IMF told Iraq...you’ve got the green light to lift the value of your currency...remember that...

Back in that first quarter...Iraq became Basil III compliant...if you are Basil III compliant... then there is no Article 8...Article 8 has been lifted...we are not really looking for anymore intel on the Monetary Reform...we are waiting for them to give us Mosul...

Iraq is Basil III compliant...that is why it is such an easy thing for them to say they want to be 1 to 1 with the American dollar...they are about to liberate Mosul...and the Monetary Reform will travel at the speed of light...

when they see the ascension of Iraq into the WTO...then it will make a lot of sense to you to have the American dollar and the Iraqi dinar at 1 to 1...and it will make much more sense when Dr. Shabibi will say that he wanted to raise the value of their currency at the beginning or middle of the year...and you consider that October 1st is the beginning of the fiscal year that they will now be joining IMO.

[i picked up on the fact that you stressed the fact iraq wanted 1 to 1 rate in country and that it would be different outside the country...might they all ready have a one to one rate in country but won't release it till they liberate mosul and officially go international?]

There is no new rate on the CBI website right now...When there is...Their goal is to be 1 to 1 with the USD.

That is the completion of the RI of the IQD MR inside Iraq...For in this arena a dinar is a dinar forever. Then we take the IQD on an RV international ride of a higher rate per country currency...Outside of Iraq. None of this UNTIL they give You Mosul. So to answer You...No.

now the fact that Abadi tells you this...in my strong opinion...it is because they have in fact liberated Mosul...and remember what we said….the moment they give you Mosul...

IMO this month of August sometime in the second to third week...then the financial reforms will travel at the speed of light... Monetary Reform will travel very quickly into the month of September IMO...the WTO is taking...Iraq on a fast track for membership…

They are just waiting on Iraq. Waiting on Iraq to lift the value of the Dinar...The banking systems in Iraq are...up to date...BUT...It doesn't do them any good at a program rate. The currency value has to be lifted before anything happens. Many agencies signed off on Iraq a long time ago.
