1. these are fed reserve notes, the entire crux of the Republic argument was that the US Treasury would be issuing these, and the Fed would no longer exist...lol
2. The gold fringe outlining the US flag exists in gov't buildings, Obama gave his speech in a foreign country.

These people will lie about anything to convince the RV hopefuls they will soon be rich.

Exactly. The first thing that ran through my head on glancing at the article was "Is that the best they can do?" The gold fringe is a "honorable enhancement," is decorative only and only used indoors. It was first used by the Army in 1895, which also contradicts every conspiracy I have ever laid eyes on as it predates the Fed, WWI, WWII, and is well after the Civil War.  

The images are clearly the same Federal Reserve notes we use today. This is plainly stated on the larger images, which by the way appear to have been originally copied from the US Mint website. The smaller images are to low a resolution to read, but the words appear to be there as well.
