Wheelchairs for Iraqi Kids

This project was started by American soldiers serving in Iraq (Mosul) that simply saw a need and were willing to help. They observed children pulling themselves along the ground in the streets because their legs did not work for various reasons, illness, deformities, etc. The stories of the soldiers and many of the children that have received wheelchairs from this organization have been featured on FOX news and others! Very touching stories.

I plan to donate in memory of my little brother Patrick who had cerebal palsy. He died when he was just 10 years old of complications from mulitple surgeries. He used a wheelchair and I remember his SMILE everyday!! Their are pictures of children on the website with HUGE smiles on their faces and it reminds me of him.
