"

He attributed the Director-General of the Iraqi Ports Authority, Riyad Al-Hamad, to "the actions taken by the ministry and the determination to work to improve the performance of the ports to withdraw the growing momentum to the process of launching truck through the partial implementation of the project in force", they returned to it, "contributed to the revenue increase."
