 We are expecting a value change...NOT because of the sba loans...it has nothing to do with when the CBI along with the GOI decide to move forward with the IQD...these loans are a budget issue...they, the loans, are not a currency value issue which is the CBI.

   if you start buying 90% of your goods on the international market and you have to pay over of 1,000 times more for those goods...would you do so?  ...would you make some changes to what you are buying with?

 [of course.]

  well then, you understand why they will change the value of the IQD...

No, you pay the same since the exchange is almost always in USD equivalent or some other agreed upon standard. If the IQD is worth more, you would pay less IQD, but then again on the other side of the equation, you would taker in less IQD. The balance sheet must always zero out any changes. That's accounting 101.
