Iraq's Parliment not happy with Shabs plan

Heres a link that hurts to read. It was translated from Arabic to English.
It talks about Iraq's parliment having fears of removing the 3 zeros off the currency w/new notes (or whatever) & thought itll be better off just to rv.

Seems there is a slight dispute between at least one person in Parliament and the CBI plans to RD. At least one person does not see the need to RD but would rather simply RV the existing currency. In the end it does appear the CBI will win, though for now it's not altogether a settled issue.
