After careful consideration Wiley Morgan and KCMana wish to announce that we will be stepping down from our roles as GROUP leaders.

We have volunteered our time for six years to help lead the Group but at this point there is simply nothing more for us to do. No one knows when or if this currency revalue will occur, but in the event that it does, all members of the Group will be notified by email through the Group list database.

Please take this message at face value; no need to re-interpret our words, as there is no secret message contained herein. We are simply stepping down to pursue our humanitarian work of the last 2 years.

They are stepping down due to on-going criminal investigations into these groups who stole identities under the guise of negotiating with banks for RV-related activities. Like I said in an earlier post - the agencies are now digging into the nefarious activities of groups, gurus, & the underpinned channels to currency dealers.

Notice, there was no successor named. Notice, nobody has EVER received any copy of the supposed bank contract, nor has anyone signed any fiduciary instrument. Do you think the 2 main leaders of some, 'group' step down for humanitarian reasons, but don't name new leadership, and hope to just ride off into the sunset? Ain't happenin', folks. Too late for them - they're already marked.

THIS IS THE EXACT REASON why I continue to press these fraudulent scam-artists, & why we should continue to expose their nasty, vile attempts to defraud others.

1. Who has the emails? The bank? Was that the agreement?
2. Where is the agreement? Who holds it?
3. Who is now head of Gen64?
4. What are the terms of the agreement? Does it have an end-date? Who signed it?

According to Wiley/KC Mana, a deal was negotiated on behalf of anyone who opted-in to this bank relationship. So, without PoA, or providing the terms of the agreement, Gen64 acted as fiduciary with a bank on terms of a negotiable instrument, which falls under banking rules laid out by OCC and SEC.

So, unless Wiley or KC can answer any of the questions I've listed above, their unsanctimonious exit from Gen64 doesn't remove them from guilt or liability.

Indeed. With no agreement, no authority to execute a negotiable instrument, a large list of email addresses & the fear that gov't agencies are hot on your tail. May be high time Freeway Bill consider hitting that freeway w Wiley & KC, because the heat is unrelenting...truth ALWAYS finds the light.

You would think that they would of named a successor so that everyone would know who is supposed to be contacting them now. They didn't even let people know how they could be contacted either, should anyone want to ask them questions. Such a big communication mess with this group!!!

Why would they hide pertinent information from the involved parties?

What if someone's moves, is forced to change their Internet provider and consequently has to get a new email address? Who do they contact? How do they contact them? Are they now just SOL????
