Up date from Foghorn 9-7-11

Hello everybody, I just got off the phone with my brother and for those of you who haven't heard before, he is VP for one of the big four banks in CA. I called him because of all of this changing rate talk, and asked him if he has seen anything different.

I also mentioned to him what is being said about the rate going up, This is what he told me.

Their bank is still seeing the rate in amber at $3.68 and other banker friends across the country are also seeing this rate appear.

He explained to me, that once a rate appears on the screen in amber it typically NEVER changes from that rate.

He also explained to me that the excact date for these things to happen are guarded very closely, and that if that information was easy to get, like some of these gurus claim. corporate investors (who he deals with) would be paying top dollar to investigators all the time to receive this information. It's simply not that readily available for obvious reasons.

Note: The country code for Iraq's currency may very well be 368 as stated by others, My brother has 25 plus years of experience handling investment and such, this is NOT a mis-interpretation of that fact.

The fact that it's appearing on screens across tha country, indicates that this is in the process of showing.

That's the scoop I got from someone I trust and totally believe.

that is great to hear but I can say this all that is going to be on the bank screens it that is it going to RV. there is no way they will post the amount on there. one reason they dont want it to get out why. they they will have millions of average people buy it and getting rich. now they cant have that why they need a poor class and a rich class to keep someone working for them. Or the world will fall sicne no one will want to work.

We've already heard (for months and months) of the $4.40 as well as the $5.25 showing on the bank screens so this comment;

obviously holds no validity. Unless of course the other 'rates' on the screens were just rumors as well? Nobody really knows anything about any of this being true or not, least of all bank employees.

Let's just hope and pray that we see an RI/RV at some point in our lifetime. All this worrying about a date and rate is taking all of the fun out of this horrific ride. affraid

I sit here just shaking my head over all these posts and no one, not even one person even thinks to ask about getting pictures.
Everyone now-a-days has a camera cell phone. The first thing I would have done is ask for a picture of the screen so we can all see what it looks like.
And yet so far after all these ever so numerous times people have seen this sort of thing (and all the other evidences of an RV) we have yet to see anyone think about snapping a photo.

With everyone talking about security and not giving out personal information, just thought being referred to someone would be better. I answered because I felt like it. If you need personal assistance, then why not just PRIVATELY ask that info? But the way you asked was in an open forum which, if he answered, would but HIS and his brothers personal lives out there for everyone. Its called security.

Now, what you should be doing right now is working on building your OWN relationships with real live people in your area. The fact that you would be willing to do business with a guy's brother that you have no clue who or what he is about or how he can help you personally shows you are not really prepared for this. If this happens like we hope, you will have a ton of cash and would just run up to someone you dont know to exchange it all? All you know is a screen name and that its his brother. No other credentials.

I know this sounds harsh but you really need to step back and get your ducks in order. The bank is the last thing you need to worry about. Get your professionals in place that will help you with this blessing. The bank can provide you with a personal banker to facilitate the transaction. Go interview them, talk to them,, dont mention the dinar tho, just talk about generalities.

I hate to admit it, but you just might be right... Take a look at the CBI auctions the past few days... It took a nice big spike and taking it's time to slow down. Happens every time "it's done".

maybe..... even if i clear 6 to 10 million i would still be going in to work the next day. there are still millions of non investors out there looking for jobs.

I would hope that people would take at least 70% of their money from the revalue to invest in a new business that will employ others less fortunate. Or- invest in real-estate to make some affordable housing. So many people lost their homes to tragedy and to job loss...

We plan on doing both...becoming a millionaire comes with responsibilities you've never had before, and there is a large learning curve. Don't lose it all before you learn what to do with the money...

Think about this for a minute. Banks have a whole bunch of cameras aimed over the teller's shoulders and at various different points in the bank. If Foghorn's brother got caught on just one of those cameras taki9ng a cellphone picture, it would mean his job. Don't just listen to the intel, protect the intel provider, too.
