All the other silly things aside .... No such animal. No where, no how. Even Iraq's junk bonds were offering only 10% last year. You will not find interest that high even in the best mutual funds or hedge funds, and they are by no means guaranteed. If you can find more than one or two percent on any sort of guaranteed account jump on it.

We were offering 6 and 7 percent on fixed annuities back in 2008, but with the Fed keeping rates in the basement, and option costs running on the high side, you will not find them anywhere now, not in a fixed, guaranteed product.
