CHIP says nobody except a few in the IMF and Iraq know the list of what is required for completion
CHIP ----
After having been in this investment for about 12 years I can tell you that nobody except a few in the IMF and Iraq know the list of what is required for completion.
I wish the posts said something that could be verified. One requirement that is now done took over a year to complete. So how do we get excited over something that cannot be verified or gives no clue as to what remains.
I hope we are close as does everyone else.

Every one but a few know. (or should know by now,) that "completion" does not equate RV.

The problem with the whole idea of "Iraq has to do X to RV" or "Iraq is stalling the RV" or any such ideas is that the entire idea of a huge RV is a myth. It never could happen, it never will happen. If you go to anyone in the CBI and could ask in confidentiality about the "RV" they would have no idea of what you are talking about, unless they have heard about the internet scam. There is no such thing! The exchange rate of a pegged currency is fundamentally limited by the ratio of reserves/M1. It can not exceed that and alas Iraq is already pretty close to that. So there is just no where higher for them to go.

Completion doesn't even come CLOSE to meaning RV even though the gurus really like to make everyone think it does.
