Abadi: Kurdistan region received its full share of the oil money

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi expressed surprise at not giving salaries to the staff of the Kurdistan region of the fact that the region received 15% of Iraq's oil output, saying that the referendum on the independence of Kurdistan from Iraq "is not a farewell."
