can someone help look for more info on this ... when search on ask iraqi dinar exchange rate ...
does anyone else see this ?

I can answer my own question now. I used their conversion tool and it is still the same. No new rate showing yet.

The -4 means, 4 decimal places were removed. So the rate would normally show .0009 (which is just rounded up from .00085)
