I find it amusing that he has restrictions that he can NOT have anything to do with dinar, the site or yada yada.  I wonder if Pam has plans to assist him in his restitution by pleading with the faithful to pay this?  I would not be surprised to see it starting like 10 minutes after the sentence was handed down.

Now, the rest of you scammers - yes you so called guru's:  The die has been cast, where and when do you think you will appear in a similar court?  Not to much longer I would predict.  Let me see, there is Bulldog, Okie, JonnyG, Special Agent Gibbs, etc etc etc.  I would like to see the dnar dealers also face fraud for the reserve and law a way programs they got so filthy rich scamming.  It is time to pay the piper.  NO, it is past time.

His brother is cut from the same cloth- wish he was going to wear the jailhouse orange too. He has been busy scamming Tony followers to pay $500 for day for seminars on how to secure their "wealth" in tax shelters - their fake wealth that will never come. Wow!

From this analysis of his court case and permanent injunction you can see that he follows the same playbook of complete immorality and failure to care for law at all. This excerpt tells how he was found to be promoting his scam while at the courthouse! Unbelievable!

"Defendant has even continued to promote CMI programs during the pendency of this action. On 25 February 2008, while attending a court-hosted settlement conference in this case at the Terry Sanford Federal Building and Courthouse in Raleigh, defendant posted a business card on the bulletin board in the snack bar. (Hudgins Decl. (DE # 26-11) ¶¶ 2-4, and attached image at 3).

The card reads as follows:

They never stop. But they need to be stopped. Anyone else seen this? Tony and Ray have both been complicit in this and could be reported to the US Attorney in Raleigh where this case took place. 919-856-4530 as both complicit in violating this permanent injunction.

Just MAYBE, with any luck, Tony will frig up again, and he'll be put away for a very long time- I think he will, eventually, it's just a matter of time, once a crook, ALWAYS a crook-

There are now 3 of these workshops held a month! The one attended by someone I know personally had well over 50 people - which means rayren took home about $30,000 that day!

Sleezeballs for sure.  One thing to remember:  when one goes to jail they learn how to go to the next level.  That means if one went to County Jail he learned to go to State jail.  If he was a juvenile he went to reform school where he learned to go to the minimum security prison.  When he went there he learned to go to the medium security prison.  When he went there he graduated to the maximum security prison.  IF, and that is a big if, he got out of there he was signa cum laude from there into the Federal prison system. 

Yep, Tony will go far.  He is headed in the right direction now!!!!  Follow that yellow brick road Tony, it will get you far - right into more of the same only deeper and deeper into the incarceration system.  Enjoy!!
