So this isn't happening before 2016?? Figures!!!
Thought Abadie had less than 90 days of the country of Iraq's budget to deal with? Oh well, like nobody in Dinarland actually talks to the "MAYBE" 5 people on the planet that actually know the date this is most likely going to happen!!! Myself like thousands, if not millions of peoplehope it happens before Thanksgiving. I need this for my own health reasons & being financially able to take care of my Dad's health problems!!! Not to mention the poor populace of the average Iraqi, that can't afford the stuff we (USA) takes for granted: 24 hour electricity, running water, being able to feed our children, keeping a roof over our heads (& in decent/livable) condition, jobs, & transportation to get back & forth to our jobs & the grocery stores!!! God/Allah/Jehovah/Buddha please let this happen the sooner the better, for the help of the Iraqi populace, mainly!!!!

Prayer to false gods aside, their average income is between 4 and 6K USD, depending on the source and how they calculated it. (BTW that's 4-5 times Vietnam's.) Even if they RV'd at $3.60+ the way some guru's say, the average annual income will still be between 4 and 6K USD. So tell me how that will help the average Iraqi citizen?
