HOW LONG HAS POPPY3 BEEN TELLING ALL OF YOU THAT A FLOAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN? THREE YEARS NOW BECAUSE IT WILL NOT WORK AND THE CBI HAS ALWAYS INDICATED THEY NEED A FLAT RATE. MY OPINION IS A MEDIAN START RATE SHOULD BE IN THE $3.00 RANGE. FROM DR SHABIBI TILL TODAY THE CBI HAVE ALWAYS SAID THEY WANTED A FLAT RATE THEY CAN MAINTAIN AND GROW THEIR ECONOMY OVER A 24 TO 36 MONTH BEFORE THEY ALLOW THE FLOAT.

IN THIS MEETING TWO DAYS FROM TODAY [TUESDAY] WITH THE IMF THERE WILL BE RATE DISCUSSION TO DECIDE WHEN FUNDS FROM THE LOANS WILL BE RELEASED. GETTING THE LOAN IS ONE THING BUT HAVING THE FUNDS RELEASED IS TOTALLY SOMETHING ELSE ENTIRELY.

REMEMBER BUYING YOUR HOME THEY WANT TO KNOW UP FRONT HOW THEY GET PAID BACK AND A PROMISE WONT CUT IT...THEY WILL DEMAND ACTION IN WRITING AND ACTED UPON.

I see we have more hopium from the Poopie3. What an idiot. This clown has for years been teasing us with RV's, claiming to know the rate, the date, and being an authority. Ah, well, that being said has anything he has spewed come to fruitation? Not that I have seen.
