My Letter to the DA & Response

This is what I sent to the prosecutors in Tony's 14DailyPlus scam. It's been five months since Tony pleaded guilty. It's amazing that he's been free to continue what he does best..... scam people. Maybe if they hear from more of us thing would move a little quicker.

Dear Mr. Rask,

These are a couple of the victims of the scam Tony Renfrow is currently running. These poor elderly people think they are going to become fabulously rich when the Iraqi Dinar revalues.

It is criminal what Tony is doing to people like this man and others. He continues to hold his 3x a week conference calls where he keeps their hopes alive with promises that the RV will happen in just a few days, banks received memos, staff was called in last weekend....and on and on.

This is an excerpt from Tony's conference call he had earlier today:

C: Good morning.

T: 210? Good morning, how are you?

C: Good morning, how are you, Tony?

T: I’m superfantastic, how are you doin’?

C: Well, I’m still alive, and I’m still grateful to God for you and your team, and I want to thank you for everything. I have a, may, I have a weird question.

C: Okay. And I’m a hundred percent disabled vet, and I’m a wheelchair, and I, I...if you could write my number down and when this is all over with, I know for a fact I only got two kids that I’m gonna take care of, but I would like to join you in giving money to programs that you know they’re gonna actually work for the people you’re gonna help. ‘Cause I’m not, I’m in a chair, and I can’t get all that information, and I’m not--and I’ll be perfectly honest with you--I am not computer savvy, and, and I’ve been listening to you for, I’m going on three years now, and everything you’ve said I have taken it to hold, and I’m trying to maintain. Now, I do remember you telling me when you go in you say, “I’m here to exchange foreign currency.” Am I right, or no?

T: Yep, “I’m here to exchange foreign currency.”

C: Right.

T: Absolutely.

C: Okay. Well, I’ve got that, it’s like a tape recorder now. Everything you’ve been saying I’ve been taping it in my head. But if you take my number down, and when this is all over with and you’ve got a program that you think that you need help on, I can’t take it to the grave with me, and I would rather it be put in somebody’s hands that’s gonna utilize it, it for a good cause to help people that really are deserving to help. And I would appreciate if you’d write my number down and when this is over with give me a call, and we’ll get together and what I can give to y’all.

T: Okay. Thank you, and, and I appreciate that. And guys, we want to pass on and do as much as we can for as many people as we can, but I don’t know...

C: Well (unintelligible) greedy.

T: ...how much you have, but you guys know that Mike, Bill Gates has a foundation like that for all you super-rich guys to give your money away, and he has a plan for it. And at this point you guys may be part of that. But if you’re just lookin’ to donate and help people who need some help right now, I mean yourself, then I think Pam is putting together a site of charities and things that she recommends or is gonna do the research on, make sure they’re spending it on the people of the charities and not out buying cars and houses and goin’ on vacations with the money, so what she would like to call a safe list. So I think that’ll give you guys two options right there, okay?

C: Well that would, that would be absolutely great, and, and, because I’m the type, I’m an old retired Marine officer, and I, I hate to give money to a, to a group that says, well administration, this administration, and it never gets to the public, and that’s what I’m concerned about. And I sure as heck can’t take it to the grave. I’m not that rich, but what little I can help, I can help, because it, I ain’t gonna take it to the grave, might as well give it to somebody that can help, and God, with God’s help and your help, we’ll get it done.

T: All right. Thank you, sir! Appreciate it.

C: Thank you. Thank you, sir. Bye-bye.

T: All right. Bye. I forgot Vegas. Vegas, Vegas, Vegas?

The FBI has shut down Sterling Currency. Tony promoted both Sterling and their products on numerous conference calls.

There are many people that have been so brainwashed by Anthony Renfrow that there is no way to get through to them. They continue to purchase worthless Iraqi Dinar. Tony threatens to shut down his forum, tntdinar.com, and quit doing his 3x a week conference calls if he doesn't receive enough in donations to keep it running. Of course he never says what the bills are or how much he receives in donations. All people hear is that the bills are “red”...... month after month after month.

Mr. Rask, If your not able to stop the financial fraud that Anthony Renfrow is perpetrating by at least shutting down his twitter account (@THE_TNT_TEAM) and website down (tntdinar.com), please direct us to the people who can. What more do you need to take action on this matter?

Tony pleaded guilty five months ago. How much longer will we have to wait for him to be locked up so he is no longer able to prey on the elderly and uninformed?

Chilimama, you might get a response later on, as there are thousands of people that may have filled out the questionaire, and will take time to get to everyone- If you don't hear from them, keep trying- You have nothing to lose by doing this- Is there a phone number by chance to use to get hold of them? Possibly, if you called the F.B.I., and asked them about the fraud case against Tony Renfrow, it may be quicker that way, it's just a thought-If they say that it is confidential, maybe they could direct you to the office that is handling that case-It's worth a try, right?

It is possible that they will want a certain number of complaints, before they will start the ball rolling, just an idea-They need to really get on the stick, and start getting peeps money back for them, and when they do that, THEN Tony and company should experience the end of a rope, that's my opinion-

I could be wrong, but my understanding is Tony has to be investigated by a Probation Officer prior to sentencing in the 14DailyPlus scam. Information in the letter shows what Tony has been up to and why he should receive the maximum sentence possible. That was my main reason for sending this information and also to find out the reason it's taking so long. As you can see, there was no response to that question.

Contacting the FBI/CFTC would be in regards to something completely different - Providing them information on Tony (Dinar pumper) for whatever cases those two departments may be working on that have to do with the Dinar Scam. Hopefully it will end with a new indictment for Tony's participation.

Thank you, SSmith, I truly hope so, someone needs to stop this nonsense, because it has gone way too far, for too long- I just wish they'd get this WHOLE thing Dunn and Overwith, his arrest and the dinar RV scam-Look at how many people have lost everything, or have been destroyed because of someone's blatant disregard for respect of people that have been lied to-

I've been waiting since March of 2014 to see him go to court and prison. That's from an indictment from 2012 so I really believe he's singing like a canary to keep his ass out of prison. It's been 6 months since he plead guilty "May 21" and I know the wheel of justice is slow but there's something going on there. I looked up until Jan the court cases https://ecf.ksd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/CourtSched.pl and he still is not scheduled to be sentenced so I have a feeling he's turned on all the dealers and gurus.

As much as I wold hate to see him walk if it's the only way they can get the rest of these B-tards then it will be worth it, sooner or later they will get him for something else anyway!
