How about the real world, here is an example of what really happens:

Then, on the next weeks Monday call:
"We never, ever, thought we would be here today.  Some people got paid, some cashed out, just waiting for us."

FACT! On open mic, I learned that they are saying that at Wells Fargo, that the people exchanging Rupiah for dollars are getting the currencies mixed up and giving people thousands of dollars for one million Rupiah.
According to XE.com - A million Rupiah is worth $67.

Actually although commonly attributed to him, there is no credible, authoritative source to prove he said it, and it is not found in his book or speeches. Some will say that it was his Propaganda Minister, Goebbels who said it, and that the quote actually read:

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Again, this appears to be incorrect, and in fact contrary to Goebbels' actual public stance which was that good propaganda was always truthful. Perhaps it was derived from Goebbels' 1941 piece "Churchill's Lie Factory:'

The closest Hitler can be proven to have come was in Mein Kampf, where Hitler stated:

“In this they [the Jews] proceeded on the sound principle that the magnitude of a lie always contains a certain factor of credibility, since the great masses of the people in the very bottom of their hearts tend to be corrupted rather than consciously and purposely evil, and that, therefore, in view of the primitive simplicity of their minds, they more easily fall victim to a big lie than to a little one, since they themselves lie in little things, but would be ashamed of lies that were too big. Such a falsehood will never enter their heads, and they will not be able to believe in the possibility of such monstrous effrontery and infamous misrepresentation in others.…” (p. 231 of the Manheim translation)

a wealth manager calls and says you have an appointment, but you go without your currency to exchange?  you ran out without your phone?  he called you to set up accounts, but everyone was already in there exchanging?  It's on all wells fargo bank screens, but nobody at wells fargo knows?  No other bank has rates on screens? it's not int'l news, it's all secret, but every well fargo has rates?
