National Guard law can not be passed only when the stability of the security situation in Iraq

Confirmed to the Commission on Security and Defense parliamentary member Iskandar and berries( OF STATE OF LAW PARTY MALIKI'S PARTY IS SAYING THIS ), Thursday, the National Guard, the law can not be passed only when the stability of the security situation in Iraq.
He and berries in a statement, "Noor News" received a copy of it, that "the experience of the National Guard used by some state of stable security and can not pass a law only after Iraq's stability, since the country's security situation is stable, it can not pass the National Guard," noting that " to resolve the dispute over the National Guard is the conscription law. "
He added that "the law of the National Guard can not vote on it until after the amendment of the Ministries of Defense and Interior law."
And on guard within the law of the political agreement, and berries he explained, that "the impact of this Agreement shall bear responsibility and we do not vote on the law in which mistakes and divide the country."
The President of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, was considered in (2 September 2015), the National Guard is the "building block basis" to proceed to the liberalization of land from the control of "Daash" process, while other blocks objected to it strongly, due to internal strife.
