BAGHDAD / .. confirmed to the parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, Tuesday, that the former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki signed an agreement with the Turkish side to allow its army to invade Iraqi territory.
A member of the Committee Mithal al-Alusi's "Eye Iraq News" that "Saddam's dictatorial regime signed an agreement with Turkey allows them to invade Iraqi territory to attack the Kurds and stand against their dreams legitimate," explaining that "al-Maliki renewed this agreement with Turkey to be supplementing what Saddam did the Kurds."
