(copy of each dinar, VND, etc.; make sure to copy the certificate no. side. At the bottom of the xerox copy, write the page # as Page ____ of _____ pages. It would look like Page 1 of 18 Pages. This should stop you from having to use a sticky and the banker having to sign each copy or each sticky or whatever)

Please repost the Affidavit of Proff Receipt because when coping it will only take half of the copy please re post thank u

Sorry Precious, I can't figure out how to make it a full page. You could make a copy of the page onto a full page. Just cut it and center it on a full blank page. Copy that and then have the banker sign the copy. Good luck with that. See ya on the other side!

Yep agreed -- wasn't sure why they were asking, but they remembered seeing it a looong time ago and wanted to know if we still had it soooo there ya go.
