We would like to inform you comprehensively Moumi to (general manager of the Rafidain Bank on behalf of Kamal Ali Mahdi), the Justice and Accountability Law No. procedures (10) for the year 2008 in accordance with the provisions of Article (6 / VI) of the Act.

 It is said that Article (6 / VI) of the Code of accountability and justice states that "does not allow for the team members to return to service or continue to serve in the ministries of security and foreign affairs, finance and services but of excluded decision in accordance with Article 12 of this Law."


According biography monitored "obelisk" in the Website of the Rafidain Bank, could not be verified that the name of Kamal Mehdi Ali, appointed under Diwani No. (m matter. T. N. / D 02.10.2852) in 06.03.2013 as general manager of the Rafidain Bank, and Chairman of the Board of Directors as of the date 03.11.2013.
