A member of the parliamentary legal committee Salim Chawki
Said a member of the parliamentary legal committee Salim Chawki for political blocs to reach consensus to pass the Federal Court Act.
He said Shawki in a statement to Radio Marbad that the National Alliance and after Tbagesh with blocs of Kurdistan Alliance forces and national reach an agreement on the points of contention in that law which four scholars made for it to him and the addition of Second Vice President of the Court and the authority to work continue to Faqae and members of the President and Vice President extends for 6 years and is renewable.
In the context of other laws Shawki that the law of parties, which was read it first and the second time he held a special workshop to read the articles of the law in the Legal Committee as well as the committee of civil society institutions as well as open workshops in the provinces to hear the views of experts on the law and its articles in order to ripening after taking Nadar observations to be the drafting of a new law to be ready for a vote, stressing that all things are pushing for a vote on that law in the coming period.
