Whew that was a close one...

I just thought I would share something that happened tonight. I was reading the posts in here and started smelling something like burnt popcorn~figured my neighbors burnt it so no big deal. For some reason I did not just brush it off as I normally would and went outside (OMG AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER?!?!?) and saw smoke!!! I freaked out, ran for the mini-fire extinguisher and kept watching for flames but it remained just smokey. Apparently one of the big outside lights was smoking big time...and that light just happened to be right under one of the room's windows (bedroom!) So I called and had it fixed and thought wow that was close!

That was close....but after you got the light fixed were you able to see the burnt popcorn? Sucks to be that hungry for burnt popcorn and not being able to find it...after all you pulled yourself away from Okie for that brief moment.

Hey if your house ever catches on fire, would you please let us know so we could bring over some marshmallows to roast?
