MP Mishan al-Jubouri, Tuesday, responded Federal Court appeal submitted by the Special Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq questioned him, as he emphasized that the Council "binding" to set a date for questioning.
The MP said al-Jubouri, during a press conference held at the parliament building and attended (range Press), "The Federal Court dismissed the appeal filed by the Deputy Prime Minister  Saleh al-Mutlaq about questioning about corruption cases to the chairmanship of the relief to the displaced. "


 Jubouri said that "the Court returned the ball in the court of the Presidency of the Council on interrogation and become binding on the Council to set a date for questioning."


Referred to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, in the decided (10 March 2015), to postpone the questioning of Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the displaced Saleh al-Mutlaq, attributed the reason for the withdrawal of a number of MPs signatures of the motion, with the withdrawal of 48 deputies out of 65.


The Presidency of the Council of Representatives of Iraq, agreed Tuesday (February 10, 2015), at the request of the questioning, Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq of the displaced file, at the request of some members of parliament.


The MP Mishan al-Jubouri confirmed, in, (the first of November 2014), that the temporary parliamentary committee to follow up the conditions of the displaced recommended the dissolution of the Supreme Committee for the Relief of displaced persons and referral to the integrity, noting that the parliament voted on the government's decision to recommend dissolution. Previously, Mishan al-Jubouri, and revealed, in (30 October 2014), it submitted a request to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to question the President of the Supreme Committee for the Relief of displaced Saleh al-Mutlaq, and among the Presidency of the parliament rejected the request for two reasons.


Attributed to the Committee of Displacement and Migration in the House of Representatives, on the fourth of December 2014, the reasons for the delay questioning of Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the displaced Saleh al-Mutlaq in parliament to "the existence of under the table political agreements", as she expressed the hope that you are "re-collect signatures after the holiday legislature for questioning. "


It is noteworthy that the organization (Daash) may impose its control over the city of Mosul, Nineveh province, (405 km north of Baghdad), in (the tenth of June 2014), and extended its activities beyond, to the provinces of Salahuddin, Kirkuk and Diyala and others, which led to a wave of displacement large in Iraq.
