The Admiral and his associates failed yet again yesterday. The set schedule was Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 10:00 PM EST. But as I write this report, breaking intel has just been delivered to me.
"Dollar index just hit 99.50, RV IMMINENT."
I will continuously provide passed schedules as I've promised.
Wait and watch are the only things we can foresee.

The dollar index WAS 99.72 yesterday- Somebody is off a ways, I think-
