The Kurdistan Alliance, Sunday, to conduct the census this year, the process will be made after the referendum process and the process of the census.

The Kurdistan Alliance member Shirin Reza told / information /, that "the referendum process will precede the general census of the population stipulated by Article 140 of the Constitution." 
She added that "most of the disputed areas where there is a large number of non-natives who lived, and that the province not mind the normalization present in those areas, the requirement to be a Kurdish areas and are subject to the province." 
It is said that Article 140 of the Constitution dealing with the problem of the disputed areas, in three stages, namely normalization then conduct a census followed by a referendum the people on the fate of the areas that the independent province remain or accede to the Kurdistan region, and was due to these stages completed within a maximum period 31 December of this year, but the committee in charge of the application of article has been unable so far to complete
