Cabinet held its regular third for 2015 in Baghdad (Tuesday, January 20, 2015) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi, and issued by the Council following decisions:

1. The Council of Ministers decided the following:

1 / cell formation crisis, headed by the Prime Minister and the membership of the Ministers of Finance, Planning and oil, as well as the Governor of the Central Bank and the Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister.

5. to approve the registration of a gift in kind of computers at office number (10) devices, and provided by the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination (TIKA) in Tunisia within the Iraqi school assets in Tunisia, according to the provisions of Article (22) of the Ministry of Education Law No. (22 ) for the year 2011.

6. Approval of the draft federal civil service law, the auditor of the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Article (61 / item I) and (80 / second item) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers .

7. Approval to add drugs TB first line medical equipment laboratory supplies needed to treat TB patients under paragraph II of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (77) for the year 2011 according to the reasons stated in the book and the Ministry of Health and a number: (D.s.a / 5/2 / 4311) dated 12.22.2014.

8. consent to the assignment of the order numbered (2014 / 01- QR / 5463) and for the processing pipeline with curves measuring 48 knots along the 137 km pipeline project for the export of crude oil (Zber2-FAO) custody of the manufacturer (SALZGITTER) German total amount of (20/119 678 102) dollars, only one hundred and nineteen million, six hundred and seventy-eight thousand, one hundred dollars and twenty-two cents and period-running processing (6) months, the exception of the Implementing Regulations of government contracts (2) for the year 2014 and the regulations issued under on tender less exclusion rate (20%) of the allocated for the purposes of the assignment of the cost of speculative being sober specialized companies capable of implementation.

9. approve the issuance of Order No. () for the year 2015, the Biosafety of living modified organisms (GMO) and products system auditor by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item III) of the Constitution and the provisions of Article (28 / item I) of the Law on the Protection and improve the environment No. (27) for the year 2009.

10. approve the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs, on the inclusion of the remaining quantities of wheat and barley crops affected by floodwaters in the Commerce Department stores the same measures contained in the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (275) for the year 2014 and to stop receiving future.
