House of Representatives held on Saturday regular meetings to continue reading the draft federal budget bill a second reading.

I have a feeling the 2nd reading may be thrown back to the MPs several times before the 3rd reading and vote, with the price of oil still dropping, pass the laws and start the reforms, this will boost the economy and help with the budget . JMO tho
