"what happened and put us in a difficult situation so we decided to impose taxes on basic sales available, but do not include social welfare and staff salaries average income, fuel and food," asserting that "the proposed tax will be at Kartat shipping for mobile phones and the Internet, cars, tickets, as we send out the ministries imposition of taxes on electricity, water and hygiene. "

The basic issue is that the budget was done up with a $60 per barrel oil price and the price has dropped below $60 thereby causing a deficit in projected revenues.

And their grand plan is to tax everything that is purchased to raise money for the national budget.

I ask.....   When was the last time that anyone grew an economy, GDP or individual income by taxing the hell out of what little the people have left?

Not the sign of prosperity if you ask me.
