Basra council refuses to reduce the petro-dollar allocations

BASRA - ((eighth day)) The head of the provincial council in Basra, refusing to reduce the petro-dollar allocations for the oil-producing provinces, noting that the provincial law that requires the Council of Ministers to allocate the full amounts according to the constitution.     Sabah Hassan Albzona that ", said the Basra Governorate Council refuses to reduce the oil revenue allocations to the provinces producing because of cancerous diseases which have been exacerbated in the province and the lack of residential land and exacerbate the problem of unemployment, which calls for justice to the provinces as far as the problems faced by the population and lineage." 


 Albzona explained that "the provincial Law No. 21 of 2008 amended the Council of Ministers is required to apply the oil revenue allocations amounting to five dollars for every barrel of oil product from the province without reducing the amounts allocated, and otherwise is an infringement on the text of the Constitution and the rights of Basra."   "The Council strongly rejects Basra, customizations from the Council of Ministers 1 or $ 2 for petrodollars, and clings to the constitutional right of Basra to $ 5 for every barrel."   The student Albzona members of the House of Basra province to "support the project and stand next to the provincial council fairly Basra and its citizens."     It is said that the Cabinet allocated $ 2 provinces producing oil for every barrel produced in the federal budget for 2015, which passed within the Council of Ministers last week, and wait for the ratification of the Parliament.
